• Example 2 – 24-Month Monthly Promo: A package may be offered at RM249/month, including hosting, system updates, and ongoing support.

Late Payment Policy:

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
• A late payment fee of RM10 per month applies if payment is delayed beyond 3 days.
• Continued non-payment may result in service suspension until outstanding balances are cleared.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

• Projects are delivered according to the scope described in the selected service package.
• Requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees.
• Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

6. Delivery Time

Partial Refunds

Installments and Refunds

6. Early Settlement

Once the full balance is settled, the project will be considered fully paid and ownership will be transferred accordingly.
